Dr. Meg Marino

Dr. Meg writes books and songs to teach children about acceptance of those who are different,  about self-esteem and how to deal with bullying. These stories promote the development of empathy and emotional intelligence in young children.  She is also a pediatric emergency medicine specialist which means she cares for sick and injured children in the pediatric emergency department.  She educates paramedics, parents and the community on how to care for children and keep kids safe outside of the hospital.
